Return Process

  Log into your GARVEECA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
